served with fresh bread roll and butter

Main Courses

Traditional Christmas Dinner

Stuffed turkey with pork, sage and onion stuffing, cooked pigs in blankets, roast potatoes, brussel sprouts, chantenay carrots, served with cranberry sauce and gravy

Beef Medallions in Horseradish and Juniper Berry Jus

Three beef medallions cooked in a rich horeradish and juniper berry gravy, served with crushed potato and chefs choice of vegetables.

Salmon and Spinach in Tarragon Sauce

Fillet’s of salmon sandwiched with spinach in a delicate creamy Tarragon and White wine sauce, finished with a hint of vermouth and a dash of lemon, served with crushed potatoes and Winter vegetable medley.

Mediterranean vegetable and cheese Wellington.

A blend of Mediterranean vegetables with cheese, served in a lightly baked pastry case, served with crushed potatoes and Winter vegetable medley

Christmas pudding with brandy sauce
Chocolate Fudge Yule log with cream
Deep apple pie with cream
